It is possible to rent from one day, but please note that we charge for a minimum of two days. For example, if you want to rent a tap system for a weekend, it will cost €105.00. This also applies to a one-day rental period.
Materials may be collected up to 1 day before the start of the event at no extra cost.
The return of materials is done one day after the event.
A concrete example: materials are hired for a Saturday & Sunday. Collection can be on Friday or Saturday. The return is for Monday between 09:00h - 13:00h.

Depending on our delivery schedule that day, we will always take into account the preferences you pass on via our platform. Our driver will always send an information message when he can come by.
No. Rent Solutions provides an industrial washing after each use. We do ask that the glasses be placed upside down in the appropriate container.
A flat rate of 60.50€ is charged for the first 15km. Up to 50km, we charge 1.25€/km, after this we charge 2.66€ per kilometre.
An example: for delivery and collection over a distance of 80km, we charge the following rates: 60.50€ for the first 15km, 33.75€ for the distance up to 50km and 79.80€ for the remaining 30km. The total cost including VAT is 174.05€.
Through our webshop, you can easily sign and pay for a quote. You can pay conveniently via Bancontact, iDeal, Apple pay, Google pay, Sofort, credit cards and bank transfer.
Service fees may be charged as necessary costs of, inter alia, administration, operation and maintenance costs of the Rent Solutions platform.
All our prices include VAT.
We will take the 250l refrigerated box as an example. You will be charged €50.00 for the first rental day, €12.50 for all additional days. For a 4-day rental period, the refrigerated box will cost you €75.00.
We apply a 10% deposit on the total amount with a minimum of €50.00

If there is a return of the deposit, it will be refunded within 7 working days.
Our materials must be compulsorily insured for any damage, loss or theft. Insurance must be taken out with a Belgian insurer with Rent Solutions as third-party beneficiary.
Rent Solutions rents party equipment to customers from Antwerp, East Flanders, West Flanders, Brussels, Limburg and the south of the Netherlands, particularly Zeeland, North Brabant, Limburg, South Holland and Gelderland.
