The tap installation has an ice bucket for cooling 90 litres of water. At least six hours in advance, you should check the water level, refill if necessary and then plug the tap system into a standard socket, with or without an extension cord. You will then hear a hum.

Be careful in very hot weather, the ice can melt very quickly. Put the tap installation in the shade. Put extra full kegs inside and preferably refrigerated. The hot beer from a keg that has been bang in the sun can melt the ice at lightning speed.

During transport or possible evaporation, there may be insufficient water, causing the tap system not to work properly or at all. You should then top up with ordinary tap water to above the copper tube.
