Visitor analysis

Rent Solutions uses software that analyses visitor behaviour so that the website can be optimised for the visitor. This data is anonymised and therefore cannot be traced back to individuals. After 14 months, the data is automatically deleted.

 

Customer data

Rent Solutions maintains customer data in a customer database for contact and billing purposes only. Customer data is not passed on to other parties without the customer's knowledge. Customers always have the right to request their customer details, have them amended or deleted. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or through the online account. Once the customer data are no longer relevant for Rent Solutions, they are removed.

 

Security

All web and e-mail traffic runs over a secure connection (SSL).
A backup of all customer data is also maintained internally.

 

Duty to report

In case of a data or security breach, those whose data has been leaked will be notified immediately.
